A first day they’ll actually remember.

Logo customisation available on orders of 5 kits and above.

Onboarding paperwork gets forgotten. A thoughtfully packed box on the desk doesn’t. The Welcome Aboard Kit is a curated new-hire hamper that blends everyday desk essentials with small, handcrafted touches — so your newest team member’s first impression of your company is warmth, not formality.

Everything arrives in a sturdy kraft magnetic gift box, finished with a satin ribbon printed with your logo and a bunch of dried lavender and gypsophila tucked into the lid. It’s unboxing-ready straight out of the shipping carton — no extra wrapping needed by your HR team.

What’s Inside:

• Ceramic coffee mug
• Handcrafted crochet flower desk plant in a knitted pot
• Set of 2 premium metal ball pens
• To-do notepad
• Instant coffee
• Welcome greeting card — fully customisable with your message
• Rigid kraft magnetic gift box

Why Teams Choose This Kit

Most welcome kits are a pile of branded merchandise. This one is designed to be used — the mug and coffee for the first-day brew, the notepad and pens for the first week’s to-dos, and the crochet sunflower as a desk companion that outlasts them all. Every branded touchpoint (mug, pens, notepad, ribbon, card, box) quietly reinforces your identity without feeling like an ad.

The handmade sunflower is the detail people photograph and post — which means your onboarding kit often becomes organic social proof for your employer brand.
